Heathermount School is delighted to announce another impressive set of exam results.  

We are very proud of our students, despite the considerable interruptions over the last few years they have excelled and achieved personal milestones in order to pursue further education within college placements.  

Key Stage 4 Summary 

In 2021/22 students took a range of GCSEs and vocational qualifications according to their pathway.   

Here is a summary of our students GCSE results in the core subjects: 

• Students achieving 4 or more GCSE’s at Grade 4 or above 58% 

• Students achieving Grade 4 or above in English and Maths 33% 

• Students achieving Garde 4 or above in English, Maths & Science 33% 

• Students achieving Grade 4 or above in English & Science 67% 

• Students who achieved Grade 4 or above in English & Science but not in Maths 50%

Destinations 

After receiving their GCSE results and vocational qualifications at the end of the 2021/22 academic year all of our students secured a placement in education and 98% were able to access their first-choice.  The number of children going on to access courses at Level 2 or above was superb. Where students had already completed Level 2 qualifications in school, they moved on to access level 3 qualifications.
