Students were excited to play football with students from The Rise, a specialist centre for pupils with autistic spectrum conditions, in Bracknell. This visit provided a valuable opportunity for them to practice their skills ahead of the tournament coming up later this week. The two school teams played each other and then enjoyed mixing players in an inclusive match.

Students and staff have enjoyed wearing red today and raising money for Comic Relief. Elm Class held a bake sale and worked hard making and decorating cakes to sell. Thank you to everyone who supported their fundraising and bought the delicious cakes and cookies.
** Update ** Elm class have now added up all the money they raised. In total, they made a fantastic £152 (and six pence!). Well done Elm. Great work.
Heathermount was open as normal in the snow. Huge thanks to our wonderful site team for all their hard work to clear the drive and ensure the school was safe.
Students celebrated by dressing up as characters from their favourite books, engaging in some 'extreme' reading and writing their own stories.
Students have participated in a wide range of activities this week from baking to meditation to highlight and support children's wellbeing. The theme this year is 'Let's connect'
Our students studying for a BTEC in construction had a fantastic opportunity to visit a site to support their learning.
The reunion was a great way to ease some of the natural stress and anxieties around transition. It was wonderful to hear how our leavers are getting on at their new settings.

Our school Olympics were a great success. Families, students and staff all enjoyed spending time together.
We are really pleased with the new independent study room which is now available to our Key Stage 4 students.
